At this time, we ship only within the USA.  Once product ships, we will email you a confirmation.

Each unit is shipped individually; or if you order more than one we may combine to save shipping cost.  This way we ensure reliable packaging, delivery timeline and a delightful customer experience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you purchased your product directly from Brighty Pals website

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchase in original condition for a full refund.  Refund is applied once we receive and process the return.  If product is found to have been clearly damaged by the user (i.e. dropped in water, placed in washing machine, physically altered, pieces missing, and the like) then we reserve the right to deny a refund.

If you purchased your product from a retailer or online merchant:

Follow your retailer's or merchant's return and exchange policies.  Brighty Pals is not responsible for any retailer's policies and procedures.

Warranty

90 Day Limited manufacturer defect warranty - if within 90 days of Purchase date, the product fails to function properly due to manufacturer defect then we will either repair (when possible) or exchange it at no cost to you.  Customer responsible for shipping cost to Brighty Pals, but we will ship back the repaired/replacement unit free of charge to the customer.
